Some people have an easy time describing who they are. They don't change much, so it's simple for them to provide an accurate description of their life and time on this earth. I, however, am not one of those people.

You see, I'm not just a graphic designer and artist. I'm not just a foodie who loves to eat out and cook. I'm not just another short girl dating a rather tall guy. No, it goes well beyond these things. I'm an artist who also excels at math, a rare breed among those who simply say "I'm an artist, therefore I can't do math." How untrue! While I do love food and trying new recipes and cuisines, I eat like such a bird that everyone always thinks I dislike what is in front me. Again, untrue. I don't have anything for the tall guy I'm dating, so perhaps not the best example... and yet, it's so me that it's perfect.

My job is to be artistic. My real job is a graphic designer; my alternate job is crafter extraordinaire. When I'm not at work, I'm out on the streets of Atlanta looking for everything new and anything familiar. It's a city with such a great vibe, and a good mix of natives and transplants. However, Atlanta is merely my "home base" so to speak. I thoroughly enjoy travel and hope to see every continent before I bite the big one. I'd honestly like to se every last square inch of this vast planet we call Earth, but you have to start small when you dream big. If someone told me one day that I could never have a passport again, I'd probably cry. I simply can't imagine life without at least one plane ride a year (even though I have this crazy fear of heights and plane crashes like no other).

Adventure is another major part of my life. I spend most of my time around the city, so whenever I can get out and experience the outdoors, I'm more than thrilled. Camping, hiking, swimming, playing in the ocean, hang gliding... it's all fair game for me. Even a friendly game of kickball isn't too much to ask! I'm not the most active person on this planet, but it doesn't require any force to get me to agree to most outdoor activities. These adventures go beyond being a way to stay active; they're a window to the soul and a place to rejuvenate everything the city simply can't.

While I'm constantly changing and believe my life is about discovering who I am on this never-ending journey, I hope this was able to give you a glimpse into some of the many layers that make up who I am. Artist, foodie, nature-lover, sea-dweller, goofball. And I'm okay with all of that. :)
